Trackers IRC channel bots and scripts??

I'm not sure what they use, but there are a few clients that allow scripting, the most commonly used ones are mIRC and Xchat but for most bots Eggdrop (TCL) is king. Most likely they use Eggdrop.

I've googled all over for what you might be looking for. Most likely your going to have to code something like that yourself. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but, I hope I've at least started you on the right path to finding what you need.
