New Shoutbox
I have replaced the old Shoutbox with a new on with many more neat features. Unfortunately, the Shoutbox was not functional when embedded within this forum, so it has been moved to the Portal which is now the forumer.com/>main page. Also, if you do not plan on participating in the Shoutbox (:cry:) and/or you don't want the Portal as your main page then just update your bookmark to point to this pagehttp://nrpg.16.forumer.com/index.php and you will go directly to the forum.
