need help!
It's not a bug but there is a problem on one tracker I like : they change files names type. for example regular torrent file has .torrent in the end and they changed it on .interfilm. thus NRPG can't work on this file. Can I resolve this problem?

Just rename it to .torrent, it'll work fine.
