How to "encode" info_hash for Query String?
Hey, i want to "encode" the info_hash for the query string. I've decode the info_hash from the source of the .torrent file.. the hash looks like "7cd0594b04ca5a8556345d444d6cbbf3b8d06cb5". In the query string that all bittorrent clients sends to the tracker the hash looks like "%7c%d0YK%04%caZ%85V4%5dDMl%bb%f3%b8%d0l%b5". Can someone explain me how to encode the hash?
