2. Partis
They may not have the quickest releases around but when it comes to speed the're great!
They are easy to get into and no bulls*** wait times.

TL has an Anime/Cartoon category but not comics but it also has an annoying 48hr wait time for new torrents til you reach some stats on your account. which is why i never use that site i dont like waiting 2 days for soemthing that i can get elsewhere right away.
